Vroomwing: Flying Car — Privacy Policy
This policy covers the mobile game Vroomwing: Flying Car (Android package and iOS bundle com.douple.vroomwing) published by Douple ("we", "us"). Contact: support@douple.net.
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us and we will help.
1. What we do not collect
There is no account or sign-in. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location or payment card details. We do not run our own analytics. Your progress (stars, coins, cars, settings, language) is stored on your own device.
2. What is collected, and by whom

We do not link this data to your name or identity, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything other than the purposes above. Data is encrypted in transit.
3. Your choices
- Consent: where the law requires it (for example the EEA, UK and some US states) the game shows a consent form (Google UMP) the first time it opens. You can change your choice later with Privacy choices in the pause menu.
- Personalised ads: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iOS the game does not request tracking, so ads are not personalised with your IDFA.
- No Ads: a one-time in-app purchase removes the ads between levels and gives every video reward without a video.
4. Retention and deletion
Game progress lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data. We do not keep a copy. Data held by Google AdMob is kept for the periods set in Google's policies. Questions about data linked to your device: support@douple.net.

6. International transfers and your rights
Google and Apple may process data in countries other than your own. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, Vietnam, California) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data. Contact us and we will reply within a reasonable time.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game.

1. Chúng tôi không thu thập
Game không có tài khoản hay đăng nhập. Chúng tôi không thu thập tên, email, số điện thoại, danh bạ, ảnh, camera, micro, vị trí chính xác hay thông tin thẻ thanh toán, và không chạy công cụ phân tích riêng. Tiến trình chơi (sao, xu, xe, cài đặt, ngôn ngữ) được lưu ngay trên thiết bị của bạn.
2. Dữ liệu được thu thập và bởi ai
- Google AdMob: mã quảng cáo (Advertising ID trên Android; trên iOS chỉ khi bạn cho phép — game không xin quyền theo dõi), mẫu máy, phiên bản hệ điều hành, khu vực ước chừng (từ IP), tương tác với quảng cáo — để hiển thị, đo lường quảng cáo (video có thưởng tùy chọn và quảng cáo ngắn giữa các màn) và chống gian lận.
- Google Play Billing / Apple App Store: mã giao dịch của gói "Không quảng cáo" — để trao gói đã mua và khôi phục trên máy mới. Chúng tôi không thấy thông tin thẻ của bạn.
Chúng tôi không liên kết dữ liệu này với tên hay danh tính của bạn, không bán dữ liệu và chỉ dùng cho các mục đích nêu trên. Dữ liệu được mã hóa khi truyền đi.
3. Lựa chọn của bạn
- Ở nơi luật yêu cầu (EEA, Anh, một số bang Hoa Kỳ), game hiển thị biểu mẫu đồng ý (Google UMP) khi mở lần đầu; bạn có thể đổi lựa chọn bằng nút Quyền riêng tư trong menu tạm dừng.
- Trên Android, bạn có thể đặt lại/xóa mã quảng cáo hoặc tắt quảng cáo cá nhân hóa trong Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư → Quảng cáo.
- Mua gói "Không quảng cáo" (một lần) để tắt quảng cáo giữa các màn và nhận thưởng video ngay mà không cần xem.
4. Lưu trữ và xóa dữ liệu
Tiến trình chơi nằm trên thiết bị và bị xóa khi bạn gỡ game hoặc xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng; chúng tôi không giữ bản sao. Dữ liệu do Google AdMob giữ được lưu theo thời hạn trong chính sách của Google.
5. Quyền của bạn và thay đổi
Tùy nơi bạn sống, bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, sửa, xóa hoặc hạn chế sử dụng dữ liệu cá nhân. Hãy liên hệ support@douple.net. Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày ở trên.
