Vroomwing: Flying Car — Terms of Use
By installing or playing Vroomwing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.
1. The game
Vroomwing is a free-to-play game for players aged 13 and over. We may update, change or remove features, levels and items at any time.
2. Virtual items and purchases
Coins, cars, upgrades and cosmetics are virtual items with no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. The only real-money purchase is No Ads, a one-time purchase processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms and refund policies. It is tied to your store account and can be restored with Restore purchase in the game.
3. Ads
The game shows optional reward videos and short ads between levels. No Ads switches off the ads between levels and gives the video rewards without a video.
4. Your conduct
Do not cheat, tamper with the game, use it to harm others, or try to get purchases without paying.
5. Ownership
The game, its art, music and code belong to Douple. We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play it on your own devices.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
